At YGOMA, we deliver high-quality products that help address your needs. We stand behind the effectiveness of our offerings and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days, and within our 30-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@ygoma.com.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident in our products’ quality and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to fully experience their benefits. If you are still dissatisfied, you may return the item after 14 days and within the 30-day guarantee period.
Please note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact our support team via the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@ygoma.com. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase to expedite your request.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. A damaged item is one with a defect or physical breakage. Damaged packaging only (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product itself remains in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@ygoma.com with a clear photo of the damage.
Eligible items will be replaced free of charge.
We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or after the eligible reporting period.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages: YGOMA is not liable for these situations.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
